Making FrustumClipping and QuadrantRenderEngine work together

If you try to use both FrustumClipping and QuadrantRenderEngine at
the same time, you'll get a series of null pointer errors - it
appears that the RenderTriangles that FrustumClipping creates aren't
getting their "instance" set to the appropriate
DisplayObject3D.  This can be fixed by adding the following line to
line 65 of DynamicTriangles.as:

triangle.renderCommand.instance = object;
